Do you ship anywhere in Australia?
We ship to most destinations in Australia. For overseas orders contact us to discuss.
Consumables and replacement parts:  are sent by Australia Post and the cost is calculated in the shopping basket. 
Whole house systems: are sent by courier to most parts of Australia for a flat rate. Some remote areas may incur a small surcharge, in which case we will contact you to discuss after you have placed your order. Alternately you can contact us to find out if your location is within our flat rate shipping zones.

Pickup by appointment is available from our Perth office by selecting pickup in the shopping cart. When you order is ready pickup instructions are emailed to you.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Please note
Due to extended COVID-19 restrictions and high parcel volumes, customers may experience delivery delays. If your order is delayed, keep checking your tracking link for updates to the delivery date or order status.
Consumables and replacement partsare usually sent within two business days. You will receive an email with tracking information after the order ships. Note that Australia Post may not deliver multiple items in your order on the same day (this is very common). Orders can take up to two weeks, but are usually delivered within 7 days of posting. Check the tracking links emailed to you and if you still have concerns about your order, contact us.
Whole house systems:orders are usually shipped within one week of the order being placed. If we anticipate the lead time will be longer we will be in contact. A courier tracking link is sent to you when the order is shipped. Delivery to WA is usually 2-3 days, and the rest of Australia up to one week, depending on any unexpected delays.
What payment methods do you take?
Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard or Paypal by clicking on Secure Checkout after you have put the items you require into the shopping basket.
What if my shipment arrives damaged, or gets lost?
Always check your shipment carefully when it is delivered. Any claims for damages must be made within 48 hours of confirmed delivery. If your item has arrived damaged, contact us and send photos showing the damage. We will then assess the damage and proceed accordingly to rectify the issue. If your item has not arrived more than two weeks after the date of shipment, contact us to investigate the location of the item with the carrier. In the event the item is deemed lost by the carrier, we will proceed with an insurance claim on your behalf.
